- Patients who relocated or discontinued therapy
- Products that have recently lost patent protection
- Excess stock or packaging size discrepancies
By offering these in-date, non-controlled medications, pharmacies help minimize waste while supporting other independent pharmacies and their patients.
There are no marketplace or platform fees for Members when buying prescription drugs on 1SaleRX.
Payment is withdrawn from your linked bank account via ACH once the seller accepts the order and agrees to ship the products.
The marketplace does not allow the listing of controlled substances (Schedules I–V), REMS products, or expired medications. Only non-controlled, in-date prescription items may be offered by participating pharmacies.
Yes. 1SaleRX uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to safeguard all data, communications, and transactions.
Yes, provided the transaction occurs in states where pharmacy-to-pharmacy transfers are permitted. 1SaleRX operates only in jurisdictions that allow these exchanges. Please review the User Agreement for complete legal and compliance details.
Funds are deposited into your bank account via ACH within five (5) business days after the buyer confirms receipt and acceptance of the order.

1SaleRX uses ACH transfers for secure and efficient payments between pharmacies. To ensure accurate processing and prevent fraud, we require:
- A signed ACH authorization form
- A voided check or official bank letter showing account and routing numbers
- A copy of the owner’s government-issued photo ID
Starter checks are not accepted. These measures help protect both buyers and sellers on the platform.
Each pharmacy location must be registered separately, as each has its own state license number. Orders are shipped only to verified, licensed locations to comply with DSCSA track-and-trace requirements.
